At The 8820 we are family owned and operated, so you will get that personal touch only a family owned business can provide.
We'll do our very best to help you make your vision become a reality.
Our #1 priority is to help you create beautiful memories of your special day that will be remembered for a lifetime.
We can accommodate small and large events from 50 to 200. With several spaces to choose from we can accommodate your group large or small.

Hours available to rent
Friday and Saturday - 9:00 am till 11:00 pm
Sundays - 1:00 pm till 10:00 pm
* Last Call is 10:30 for all events .
** There will be a $100.00 charge for every 30 minutes past the event departure times. If you should choose The 8820 Clean-Up package, you will still need to depart no later than 11:00 pm on Friday/Saturday and 10:00 pm on Sunday.

Venue Rental
We Require 40% down to book and hold a date which includes a refundable security deposit
