Grand Ballroom

At The 8820, we create the perfect atmosphere for your special event in your life. The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 Guests, with over 4000 sq. ft hardwood floor, a bar, and a stage area. Select "Book A Tour" above to schedule your personal tour.

Bridal Suite

This wonderful space is for the bride and bridal party to get ready for the Wedding, plenty of room for your makeup and hair people. It is also a great place for the bridal party to keep their personal things and to touch up hair and makeup before the Bridal party entrers into the reception.

Our outdoor Pavilion and Gardens is a beautiful space with a wooded backdrop and meadow. This space can Accommodate large events. Our unique venue offers everything you need to create your perfect event.

Wedding Packages

  A Weddings can only be booked on a Saturdays. All Receptions are 5 hours , a one hour cocktail hour can be added .

Wedding Ceremony and Reception  $3,400.00 14 hours (9am to 11pm)

  • maximum  200 guests

  • Included within our 14 hour Wedding and Reception package -

Post Room/Bridle suite - This wonderful space is for the bride and bridal party to get ready for the Wedding, with plenty of room for dressing and having makeup and hair done.


The Grove Room - This is just off the Grand Ballroom, making it a great space for your caterer set up for the reception dinner buffet. It can also be used for the ceremony if weather demands.

The Grand Ballroom - This room is perfect for your reception to be held. This beautiful spacious area offers plenty of room for the table to be set up with the dance floor in the middle or at one end of the room. The wedding ceremony can be held in this room as well. Table and chair set up is included (we do not supply linens).

The Pavilion and Gardens - This beautiful area is great for ceremonies. Including an open field and shaded pavilion that includes The Garden House which can be opened to reveal an outdoor bar great for cocktail hour. Refrigerator, sink, and coolers as well as fun activities for the family are housed inside. There is also a food service area in the pavilion also. Ceremony chair setup is included.

We will provide an event manager to help keep your wedding running smoothly by coordinating  the vendors and making sure everything stays on schedule. ​


    Wedding Reception package 11 hours $2,600.00 (12pm -11pm)- Includes everything in the above package except the wedding ceremony.

    Wedding Reception Package 8 hours $2,400.00 (3pm-11pm)-Includes everything in the above package except the wedding ceremony.

     ADD ON OPTIONS

    • Ceremony on site can be added to any reception package for $600.00- Outdoor ceremony on site with our chairs set up. If you rent your own chairs its $400 (if we need to set them up it's $1.00 a chair)

    • Rehearsal Dinner/Event set up Friday 

    • 4 hour - $400.00

    • 6 hour - $600.00

    • 8 hour - $800.00

    • Clean up Package $350.00 -We pack all your decorations and rented items for pick up Sunday or Monday please schedule pick up time .We take out trash,sweep and mop floors wipe down all surfaces (we are not responsible or missing or damaged items

    •  Additional Staff - needed for serving food, refilling food and or supplies ,clearing tables and cutting the cake you can hire our staff  $25.00  an hour per person. (Staff needs to be hired 30 days prior to the event). If Staff is not hired prior to the event the charge will be $35 per person per hour.

    Estimates are good for 30 days.To lock in prices and hold the date  a 40% deposit is required.

     

    Non Wedding events

    EVENT RENTAL (non wedding)

    • Sundays only

    No staff working events

    (Monday through Thursday 9am till 5 pm booking are 50% off ) 

    • Grand Ballroom  (non wedding events) Includes use of the Ballroom with 10 tables and chairs set up. Additional tables are $20 each set up with 6-8 chairs.

    • 5 hour - $750.00 

    • 8 hour - $1,200.00

    • Grove Room Includes use of the Grove room with tables and chairs set up Max 50 guests. No staff working event,

    • 4 hour - $400.00

    • 6 hour - $600.00

    • 8 hour - $800.00

    • Pavilion and  The Garden House Includes use of The Pavilion  set up with seven 8 ft picnic tables and three 6 ft picnic tables and 4 round tables can be added for free (additional tables are $25 each). The Garden House that opens up to reveal an outdoor foodservice or bar area with a refrigerator and sink inside. You also have use of the firepit and outdoor games (Corn hole, Volleyball, Bocce ball, Spike ball). No staff working event.

    • 4 hour - $400.00

    • 6 hour - $600.00

    • 8 hour - $800.00

    • There are restrooms just across from the Pavillion.

    • NO CONFETTI , FIREWORKS or SPARKLERS are permitted anywhere on our property (you will lose your deposit if used)

    • 60 inch Round Tables- set up in the Pavillon $25.00 each table -Includes removing picnic tables and setting up round tables and 8 chairs at each

    We Require 40% down to book and hold a date which includes a refundable security deposit
