Grand Ballroom

At The 8820, we create the perfect atmosphere for your special event in your life. The Grand Ball room can accommodate up to 250 Guests, with over 4000 sq. ft hardwood floor, a bar, and a stage area. Select "Book A Tour" above to schedule your personal tour.


The Grove Room

$300.00  4 hours /400.00 over 4 hours

The Grove room is the perfect room for Showers, Birthday Parties and Meetings. The grove room can accommodate up to 50 Guests.


The Post Room


The Post Room may be the space you need for a Group class, Birthday party, or Meeting space. The post Room can Accommodate up to 30 Guests.

The Pavilion and Gardens

Our outdoor Pavilion and Gardens is a beautiful space with a wooded backdrop and meadow. This space can Accommodate large events. Our unique venue offers everything you need to create your perfect event.

Additional Services

  • Deluxe wedding  Full venue with Ceremony on site Package  $3,500.00-This includes from 8am to 11pm  use of all the inside rooms and the Pavilion and Gardens. Also ceremony set up by the Gazebo or in the Ballroom and an Event Manager during the wedding.Price of chair and table rental included .

  • Full venue rental with Ceremony on site 8 hour package $2,900.00 - This includes use of all inside rooms,table and chair rental included,also use of Pavilion and Gardens and Event Manager on site. **Chairs setup for outside ceremony not included. (chair rental is 2.50 a chair and includes set up)​

  • Full venue Reception only $2,600.00 6 hours- This includes use of all the inside rooms,table and chair rental included also use of Pavilion and Gardens. Event Manager on site

  • Outside Wedding only up to 100 Guests $1000.00 - This Includes the Pavilion set up with picnic tables and the chair rental and setup for ceremony outside pavilion. No event staff provided. Available Fridays and Sundays only.

  • Outside Wedding only over 100 Guests  $1500.00 -This Includes same as above

  • Grand Ballroom only (non wedding events) $2,000.00 for 6 hours- This includes use of the room and rental of the tables and chairs. No event staff provided.

  • Corporate Event PacMonday, Wednesday and Thursday ONLY 10am till 8pm $500.00 -This includes use of Grand Ballroom set up with 10 tables and chairs. ( additional tables set up with chairs are $20 a table ) no event staff provided.


  • Event Manager for large events will be on site to ensure event runs smoothly, including coordinating with vendors throughout the event, handling any problems and to answer any questions you may have during event.

  • Rehearsal Dinner /Set up Friday before Wedding

  • $250.00 for a 4 hour block 

  • $350.00 for a 6 hour block

  • Chair rental and set up( for outside ceremony ) $2.50 each 

  • 60 inch round tables with 6 chairs set up in the Pavilion  $20.00 each.( includes moving picnic tables outside of pavilion ) 

  • Clean up Package $400.00-This includes us cleaning up and removing trash after your event and taking down your decoration.(you will need to make arrangements to pick up your things )

  • Other options available on request form.

  • Estimates are good for 30 days to lock in prices 40% deposit is required

Venue  Rental

We Require 40% down to book and hold a date which includes a refundable security deposit
