We have indoor and outdoor spaces to fit your needs. We can accommodate small and large events from 50 to 300. With several spaces to choose from we can accommodate your group large or small.

Decorations are permitted in the Pavilion and Gardens. Just no plastic confetti it is not biodegradable and it's too hard to clean out of the grass.
For events over 50 guests and alcohol is being served we require a professional bartender and security officer to be hired.
You are responsible for hiring staff to work your event . We are not responsible for serving food or refilling food or supplies, bussing tables or cutting cake. If your caterer doesn't offer that service you maybe able to hire staff from us at $25 an hour per person.
We do not allow anything to be hung on our walls (no nails or tape)you will lose your deposit and may need to pay any additional cost for repair. Please talk to our staff on your tour about how to hang things.
When renting our venue you are responsible for making sure everything is put back to the way you found it. Meaning all tables and chairs and trash cans. Your responsible for wiping down all surfaces and put all trash in the dumpster. Or you can add a cleaning package to your event.
All Friday and Saturday events must be finished by 11:00 pm. We need time to set up the next event.
The Contracting Party assumes all responsibility for repair and restoration in the event of damages in connection with the event. Any clean up of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $100 per incident.
There will be a $100.00 charge for every 30 minutes past the event departure times. If you should choose The 8820 Clean-Up package, you will still need to depart no later than 11pm on Friday/Saturday and 10pm on Sunday.
